In the Knowledge Builder, from the Edit menu select ‘Attributes’.
Select the Attribute for which the Delta Derived Attribute will be linked.
You can then either click on the icon or right click on the Attribute and select Add delta…
Enter a name for the Delta Derived Attribute and click ‘OK’.
Right click (anywhere on the screen) and select ‘Add a row’ to create a new entry in the Delta Derived Attribute.
To edit what is in the new entry, right click in the relevant column. For example, right click in the ‘Constraint’ column within the new row to add a constraint to the Delta Derived Attribute. Click ‘OK’.
To edit the reference range, simply right click in the ‘Reference Range’ column to add a reference range to the Delta Derived Attribute. Click ‘OK’.
Right click in the ‘Panic/Action Range’ column to add a critical range to the Delta Derived Attribute. Click ‘OK’.
Right click in the ‘Variation Range’/’Allowable Increase’/’Allowable Decrease’ columns to add a delta check to the Delta Derived Attribute. Click ‘OK’.
Right click in the ‘Days’ column to write the number of days applicable for the delta checks for the Delta Derived Attribute. Click ‘OK’.
Click on ‘Close’. The Delta Derived Attribute will now appear in the list.
