Workflow comments
Comments can be configured within RippleDown to create various workflow actions to be performed within the Online Information System.
Some of these include:
- Email messages
- Reflex testing
- Test Cancellation messages
- Field Overwrite messages
- PDF printing
- Translations
Workflow report section
To be able to send Workflow comments to the online information system you must use a Report Section called “WORKFLOW”. This report section must be disabled unconditionally to prevent any of the workflow comments being added to the interpretive comment for the case. Disabling the report section also means that any workflow comments added to a case will not affect the auto validation settings.
