Recording an error or action
Once you have reviewed the comment given for a case and an action has been performed, you can record this action using the following steps:
- Select the action from the ‘Corrections made‘ list, and then click on the relevant tick box. More than one action can be selected at a time.
- Once an action has been selected, the ‘Submit‘ button will become available.
- Click on the ‘Submit‘ button to record the marked actions against the case.
- The case will then be removed from the queue and the next case waiting for review will be shown.
