Recording no error or action on a case
Once you have reviewed the comment given for a case, and no action is required, you can record this using the following steps:
- Select the ‘Request OK‘ button. The action boxes will then become greyed out.

- Once ‘Request OK‘ has been selected, the ‘Submit‘ button will become available.
- Click on the ‘Submit‘ button to record that no action has been marked against the case.
- The case will then be removed from the queue and the next case waiting for review will be shown.
