In the Knowledge Builder, from the Edit menu select ‘Attributes’.
Select the Attribute for which the Text Derived Attribute will be linked.
You can then either click on the icon or right click on the Attribute and select ‘Add text attribute…’
Enter a name for the List Derived Attribute and click ‘OK’.
Add all words or phrases you wish to capture for the selected Attribute to be included in the Text Derived Attribute. Each entry must be entered one at a time.
Add any exceptions for before or after the string of text to be excluded from the Text Derived Attribute.
Click on ‘Close’. The Text derived Attribute will now appear in the list.
icon or right click on the Attribute and select ‘Add text attribute…’
