When you create a new queue, either an Auditor or Validator queue, you will be given the reminder message to set the corresponding user group permissions for that queue,
as shown below.
To do this:
- Start the Administrator client (or ask your RippleDown Administrator to do this for you).
- Use the menu Users | Manage User Groups…
- Select the User Group that is required to have permission to access the new queue
- Tick the new queue to add the corresponding permission
The example below shows a User Group being modified to add the permission for a new “Billing” queue.
Note: You do not need a special permission to access your own referred queue.
