The RippleDown Suite consists of the following products:
- Expert
- Auditor
- Intelligent Forms
- LabQ
- Bone Mineral Density
These products are separately licenced and the necessary licence file will be provided by PKS prior to the installation.
Deployment of a licence file
During installation, you will be prompted to select a valid licence file. The installation program will automatically place it in the required location, which is under the folder (on the server platform) <installation>licence.
Note: only the server installation requires the licence file (not the client installations).
If at some point you need to upgrade your licence, copy the new licence file from PKS to this folder. Note that the RippleDown server does not need to be restarted. The old licence will no longer be taken into account.
