There are several ways to export case data to an Excel spreadsheet:

1. You can export all cases from a case list in the Knowledge Builder. A default data extraction is used. All primary attributes in the case will be exported, but no derived attributes or features. All episodes in each case will also be exported, not just the most recent episode. Use this option if you want to export cases from an existing project and import them into a new project.

2. Using a customised data extraction you can export a subset of cases from a case list in the Knowledge Builder. A data extraction allows you to define which cases to  export and what data to include from each case. Once set up, a data extraction will be saved in a list for future use by a Validator or Auditor user.

3. You can export cases from a selected Auditor queue or Validator queue by choosing a pre-defined data extraction.
