There may be occasions when you are still seeing cases in the Auditor that are being incorrectly or needlessly flagged, even though you have notified the Knowledge Builder that you don’t want to see these sorts of cases again (i.e. using the “Action | Send to project” menu).

There are two possible reasons for this:

  1. The Knowledge Builder user has not yet added the rules to stop flagging these sorts of cases. Check with the project manager to see whether the rules has been added or not.
  2. Even if rules have been added, some of these sorts of cases may still be flagged. The reason for this is that rules are added to the Knowledge Base in a conservative fashion, and may not cover all required situations. This however is a safer strategy than changing the project recklessly.

In this situation, you will need to send a new example of the case to the project, and the Knowledge Builder will add further rules to exclude this new example
