The following facilities are provided to assist you manage your patient database:

  • You can consolidate multiple patient records for a given patient using the merge facility.
  • You can edit the data for a specific patient

To use these facilities:

  1. Click the ‘Database‘ button on the main screen.
  2. If editing a patient record, select the patient from the list then click ‘Edit patient‘.
  3. If merging patient records, select two patients from the list then click ‘Merge patients‘.

Hint:You can search the patient database by using the surname filter control. The list will show only patients matching what you have typed.
