Updating or removing a resent case from an Auditor queue

If a case is waiting on an Auditor queue for review due to some suspected data entry error (for example), then what may occur is that the case is subsequently updated and possibly corrected in the LIS. The LIS will then resend the case to the Auditor.

There are two possible outcomes:

  • The Knowledge Base determines that the resent case should still be on the original Auditor queue. In this situation, the resent case will overwrite the original case, or
  • The Knowledge Base determines that the resent case should no longer be on the original Auditor queue. In this situation, the original case will be removed from that queue.
