If a comment is being given incorrectly for the currently showing case, and you wish to remove it, the main steps are:
- Select the comment you wish to remove (make sure the Comments pane is selected)
- Start the Rule Wizard by pressing the Remove button
- Select or enter an objective for removing this comment
- Provide the reason why the comment should be removed by adding the corresponding conditions.
