A project will automatically archive all interpreted cases for that project into its archive case list. These can be viewed using the Knowledge Builder.
The archive case list can store up to 10,000 cases for the project. If this limit is reached, then the list is pruned back to this limit once a day during the server’s housekeeping which will remove the oldest cases.
You can set a limit on the number of days to keep an archived case for a given project.
