Several highly detailed and customisable performance reports are available from the Auditor Knowledge Manager.
Auditor Report by Attribute
This report will show for each month, for each error, the number of times each error was made for each value of the attribute.
The Auditor Report by Attribute is built from the ‘Tools’ menu.
Watched Attribute Report
This report comprises several Excel spreadsheets, each giving data per month:
Comment Report
This report shows, for each month of operation, the number of times each comment is given and, for each comment, the number of times that cases with that comment had some error action taken.
Action Report
This report shows, for each month of operation, the number of times each error action was taken.
Watched Attribute Report/s
If you know that you will be interested in a report that details the value of an attribute, you will need to ‘set a watch’ on that attribute. From Tools|Watched attribute click the Add button and select the desired attribute(s). You are able to use both primary and derived attributes.
It is then possible to generate a report that shows, for each month, for each value of that attribute the total number of cases, the number of actioned cases, and the number of actioned cases given any particular action. For example, by setting a watch on the attribute for Data Entry Operator, you can see how many forms are processed by each staff member, the total number of mistakes made, and the types of mistakes made.
This report is generated as an Excel spreadsheet. For more details refer to Watched Attribute spreadsheet report.
To generate the spreadsheet, choose the ‘Watched attributes’ item from the Tools menu. This will show the following dialog:
If you activate the ‘Generate report’ button, you will be prompted for a location on your computer to save the Excel file that is produced.
In the screen above, you can see that no attributes are currently being watched. Once an attribute is set as being watched, the system will record the current value of it for each case that is interpreted. This data is used in generating the per-value Watched attribute report.
Error Episodes Report
This report lists the episode numbers of cases that have been flagged in the last 32 days as having one or more errors. For each actioned case is given: the episode number, the date it was actioned, the list of actions, and the value of some attribute, such as the data entry operator, for the case.
This report is typically used for training data entry operators. You can use it to show each operator the cases in which they made errors, and the errors they made.
The Error Episodes Report is built from the Tools menu.
