When you add rules to a Knowledge Base, any cases waiting on an Auditor queue will be re-evaluated. This means, for example, that if you add a rule to remove a review queue, any cases on a queue for which that rule applies will be removed from that queue. For a queue with lots of cases, this may represent a significant time saving for the Auditor user.
Note: Cases are not re-evaluated until they are actually about to be reviewed, which means that the number of cases indicated in the “waiting” column on the Auditor main screen may be higher than you actually need to review.
