To supersede one action with another open the Audit Actions (Tools | Edit) and select the action to be superseded. Click the ‘Supersede’ button and the list of actions are displayed in the Supersede list as shown:
Select the action you want to use to replace the action and click OK. A box will appear asking you to confirm the operation. Click ‘Yes’ to accept.
Note that any historical reports referring to the superseded action will now refer to the action that was kept.
