Each of the functions differences between, differences from first, differences from min, differences from max and differences average has a variant in which the differences are expressed as percentages. The variant is used by adding the term “as {Percentages}” to the absolute differences expression.
For example, we might define Calculated Values
PercDeltaMugwort = differences between mugwort as percentages
PercDeltaFromMinMugwort = differences from min mugwort as percentages
PercDeltaFromMaxMugwort = differences from max mugwort as percentages
PercDeltaFromAverageStinkwort = differences from average stinkwort as percentages
PercDeltaFromFirstBladderwort = differences from first bladderwort as percentages
For this case:
01 Jun 03 20 Jun 03 30 Jun 03 15 Oct 03 02 Nov 03 Mugwort 100 200 100 200 100 Bladderwort 10 110 1010 10010 100010 Stinkwort 5 3 4 7 6
these calculated values give the following sample sequences:
01 Jun 03 20 Jun 03 30 Jun 03 15 Oct 03 02 Nov 03 PercDeltaMugwort 100.0 50.0 100.0 50.0 PercDeltaFromMinMugwort 0.0 100.0 0.0 100.0 0.0 PercDeltaFromMaxMugwort -50.0 0.0 -50.0 0.0 -50.0 PercDeltaFromAverageStinkwort 0.0 40.0 20.0 40.0 20.0 PercDeltaFromFirstBladderwort 1000.0 10000.0 100000.0 1000000.0
