– calculates the difference of 2 values.
* calculates the product of 2 values.
/ calculates the division of 2 values.

For example, given the following case fragment,

HDL             2.2           0.5*

Triglyceride > HDL + 1.0

Triglyceride < Cholesterol – 4.0

Triglyceride > HDL * 3
