By default, a new form is enabled, which means that the user will be able to fill in for any case. However, it is possible to build a rule to disable it (i.e. not to show it under some circumstances). Disabled forms are shown in red.
To disable a form or a question, select it from the ‘Forms‘ view, and use the right click menu ‘Disable…‘.This will bring you to the first step of the Rule Wizard.
To enable a form or a question (which has previously been disabled), select it from the Forms view, and use the right click menu “Enable…”.
Note: Only forms and questions can be disabled using rules. Folders determine the form layout of the data forms and are always enabled.
