The most common rule building tasks are:
- Adding a comment to the interpretation of the current case
- Removing a comment from the interpretation of the current case
- Replacing one comment in the current case by another comment
The same tasks apply for adding, removing and replacing features of the current case, setting autovalidation levels by rules, and defining queues using rules.
When you change the interpretation of a case, you will be asked to provide one or more reasons why the change was made. These reasons are called conditions.
If these reasons also apply to other cases, then the interpretation of those cases will also change in the same way. The more general your conditions, the more cases the changes will apply to. Conversely, the more specific your conditions, the fewer cases the changes will be affected. It’s up to you!
