Support Menu Description
Usage report Calculates the usage report for this project.
Queue case to validator Sends a case to the Validator or Auditor for demonstration and training purposes.

Note: The case will not be sent to the Validator or Auditor if it is autovalidated or externally validated.
Queue all cases on case list to Validator / Auditor Sends all cases on a specified case list to the Validator or Auditor, with the provisos given above.
Set image look up attribute Specify which attribute gives the image path and file name for the corresponding case.
Set operator watched attribute Specify which attribute gives the name of the operator who entered the case into the Laboratory Information Systems.
Destroy report section Removes specified report section and all associated rules.
Remove all rules Removes all rules in the project.
Remove all rules Removes all rules, comments, conditions and statictics in the project. Only attributes, archive and favourite cases will be left
Dump rule tree Generates a text description of the internal rule tree hierarchy in the file CoreDump.txt written to the installation directory.
Primary attributes used in rules Generates a list of primary attributes that are used in rules, or used in a derived attribute, or used in an expression in a conclusion.

Both the external name and the attribute name is shown, in the format “external name, attribute name”.
Cleanup and print calculated value attributes Removes unused calculated value attributes and prints the definition of all those that remain.
Delete primary attributes Removes all primary attributes in the project.
Delete primary attributes Removes all primary attributes in the project.
Purge case list Removes all cases from the specified case list.
Purge duplicates from archive case list Removes duplicates of the specified case from the archive case list.
Purge all duplicates from archive case list Removes duplicates of all cases in the archive case list, according to the specified cutoff value.

  • cutoff of 1 means remove duplicates for all cases.
  • cutoff of 2 means remove duplicates for those cases where there are 2 or more duplicates.
  • cutoff of 3 means remove duplicates for those cases where there are 3 or more duplicates.
  • and so on…

When duplicates of a case are removed, only the most recent copy of the case will be retained.

Note: Two cases with the same name but different panel are not considered to be duplicates.
Working case list poll period Sets period between refreshes of the working case list on the GUI.
Cornerstone case list poll period Sets period between refreshes of the cornerstone case list on the GUI.
Measure time for server command Measures the time it takes for the server to respond to a command from a client.
Import cases from Excel Imports cases to the working case list from an Excel spreadsheet.
Import cases from project Imports cases from another project. Every case from each of the project’s case lists are imported.
Export to file Exports cases from the working case list to an Excel spreadsheet.
Exports patients to favourites Exports patients from a BMD project to the favourites case list.
Show interface case list For sites that use the interface case list, show the cases on this list. If this case list is showing, specific cases can be selected and deleted if necessary.
Leave support mode Disable the support menu.
