The wizard step “Select queue” is shown when you want to build a rule to add a queue, or when you want to replace one queue by another.
In this step, the list of available queues is shown. Select the queue you want cases to be sent to, then click Next to provide the conditions under which cases will be sent to that queue for review.
If you wish to create a new queue, use the Create queue button.
Note: A case will be sent to the specified queue only if is is not auto-validated.
For an Auditor project, if more than one queue is defined for a case, it will be sent to all queues that are given by the Knowledge Base. However, for a clinical project (i.e. where the Validator is being used), only the first queue is used if there is more than one queue given for a case.
