When reviewing cases on a queue, you can refer a particular case to another queue for the project, e.g. to another user. To do this, press the ‘Refer‘ button and pick the appropriate queue. Any changes that you have made to the interpretation will be preserved. In other words, if you change the interpretation text and click the ‘Refer‘ button, the interpretation seen by the referred validator will be the interpretation at the time you clicked the button. You can also enter a note that will be shown with the case when it is subsequently reviewed by the other user. For example, your note could explain why you have referred this case to them.
If the user you want to refer a case to has an email address setup by the RippleDown Administrator, then you can specify that a notification be sent by email to that user, informing them that there is a now a case waiting for their attention.
