A special-purpose queue is any queue that has been setup to hold a particular type of case. These queues can be setup by the Knowledge Builder (see Review Queues), or simply when one Validator user refers a case to another Validator user (see Referring a case).
Once you have selected a special-purpose queue from the Validator main screen, and pressed the ‘Review‘ button, a Validator review screen will appear enabling you to approve the cases on this queue. This screen is almost identical to the one you will use for reviewing the default queue for the project, see Reviewing a case.
The only difference is that if a case has been referred to this queue by another user, and that user has provided you with some notes, then these notes will be shown in a window as soon as the case is presented. Once you have read these notes, click the ‘OK‘ button to proceed with reviewing the case. If you want to see these note again, click on the ‘Notes‘ tab underneath the ‘Interpretation‘ panel.
